Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla Luciferase reporter under a native human CD43 promoter for expressing in T lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, platelets and some B lymphocytes.
This lentivirus also contain the Puromycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
