Decorsin is a peptide isolated from the North American leech Macrobdella decora. It is a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation by acting as an antagonist of platelet glycoprotein IIb-IIIa (GPIIb-IIIa) (IC50 = 1.5 nM).
