Recombinant anti-Annexin V Nanobody, Clone # Nb36, COOH-terminal HA tag.Type: VHH single domainSource: E. ColiApplications: ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Pull downClonality: Monoclonal
Background: Annexin V VHH Antibody was produced in a llama with a recombinant full length Annexin V then cloned for recombinant production in E. Coli. Annexin V, aka Annexin A5, is a 36 kDa protein that binds to the negatively charged phospholipid phosphatidylserine, a marker of apoptosis when it is exposed on the plasma membrane outer leaflet. Annexin V is often used as an indicator of apoptosis in flow cytometry experiments and anti-annexin A5 antibodies are commonly found in antiphospholipid syndrome patients.
Recombinant anti-Annexin V Nanobody 36 was developed by Gulliver Biomed.
Storage
Store at -20°C upon arrival. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
