Recombinant anti-Focal Adhesion Kinase Nanobody, Clone # Nb54, COOH-terminal HA tag.Type: VHH single domainSource: E. ColiApplications: ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Pull downClonality: Monoclonal
Background: Focal Adhesion Kinase VHH Antibody was produced in a llama with a protein fragment encompassing mouse FAK amino acids 750-1053 then cloned for recombinant production in E. Coli. FAK is a cytosolic tyrosine kinase of 125 kDa that concentrates in focal adhesions. It contains FERM (4.1 protein, Ezrin, Radixin, Moesin) and kinase domains that form an autoinhibitory association and a FAT (focal adhesion targeting domain) domain that localizes it to focal adhesions. FAK promotes cell migration by activating a signaling pathway that induces turnover of cell contacts with the underlying matrix.
Recombinant anti-Focal Adhesion Kinase Nanobody 54 was developed by Gulliver Biomed.
Storage
