Recombinant anti-Ezrin Nanobody, Clone # Nb22, COOH-terminal HA tag.Type: VHH single domainSource: E. ColiApplications: ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Pull downClonality: Monoclonal
Background: Ezrin VHH Antibody was produced in a llama with full length human recombinant Ezrin then cloned for recombinant production in E. Coli. Ezrin (aka cytovillin, villin-2) is a member of the ERM protein family (Ezrin, Radixin, Moesin). These act as cross-linkers between membrane proteins and the actin cytoskeleton. Ezrin interacts with NHERF, phospholipids, actin and CD44 and contains a N-terminal FERM domain that anchors the protein to the plasma membrane.
Recombinant anti-human Ezrin nanobody 22 was developed by Gulliver Biomed.
Storage
Store at -20°C upon arrival. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
