ET Antagonist PD 145065 is used as an endothelin-A/endothelin-B (ETA/ETB) receptor antagonist. PD 145065 is also a growth factor that binds to G protein-coupled receptors and serves as a useful model to study mitogenic signal transduction by vasoactive peptides.
